These terms cover spekko.ai and the Spekko waitlist. Spekko™ is made by Tethro Inc., a Texas corporation ("Tethro", "we", "us"). By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we'll email you when Spekko is ready for you. It isn't an account, a purchase or a promise of access by a particular date, and we may invite people in any order. You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in our email, which deletes your address.
Spekko itself
When you're invited, using the Spekko app will be subject to the terms shown to you at that time. Until then, nothing on this site creates an obligation for either of us beyond what's written here.
What Spekko is and isn't
Spekko is an AI assistant. It can make mistakes, so check anything important before you rely on it. It isn't a substitute for professional advice, including legal, medical or financial advice. Spekko asks for your approval before actions that send, pay, delete, post or publish, and you're responsible for the actions you approve.
Your phone provider and texting
Calls to Spekko's own number and texts with Spekko use a phone provider you connect in your own account. Texting isn't included with Spekko: your provider bills you directly at its own rates, and Tethro doesn't sell minutes or messages or add charges to them. Spekko texts only you, and you can reply STOP at any time; our Privacy Policy has the full text-message terms.
Notifications, briefs and updates
Notifications to your iPhone are delivered by Apple and can be late or missed; don't rely on them for anything time-critical. The morning brief is a summary and may leave things out. Spekko updates itself and keeps a local copy of its data so a failed update can be undone, but please keep your own backups of anything important.
Files you import or export
You can export your skills and routines and import them into a Spekko. Only import files you trust. Spekko checks a file before importing it and never runs anything from it on its own: imported routines arrive paused, and anything that sends, pays, deletes or posts still waits for your approval.
Using this site
Please don't misuse the site: no automated sign-ups, attempts to break in or disrupt it, or signing up other people without their permission.
Ours and yours
Spekko, the Spekko character and logo, and the content of this site belong to Tethro Inc. Spekko is a trademark of Tethro Inc. What you tell Spekko is yours; our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
No warranty
This site and the waitlist are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Tethro isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
