Skills and routines
Skills are jobs he knows how to do well. Routines are the ones he does on a schedule you set in plain words, like “every Friday at 5”.
- Ready to go: pay a bill, reorder something for the house, plan a weekend away, find a gift under a budget, a weekly budget check
- Teach him a new one: do it once together, then say “save that as a skill”
- Pause or delete a routine whenever you like
The morning brief
One short message at the time you choose: what’s due, what’s waiting on you, what he did overnight and anything he noticed.

Every skill runs three ways. Show me walks you through it. Teach me helps you learn it. Do it for me hands him the whole thing, then he tells you exactly what changed so you can undo it.
